It is not easy to have an Allergy Friendly home. When I found out about my children's food allergies, I started to spend countless hours reading labels at grocery stores. I know first hand, how hard it is to find food that are free of wheat/gluten, egg, dairy, soy, nuts and peanuts. If ever I see something that complies with our requirements, I would worry if my kids will actually eat it. As you may know already, their food allergies weren't properly diagnosed when they were babies. This meant that they used to eat all these "regular" products and they know the taste well enough to judge if the alternatives are close to the "real" thing.
The process of restocking the pantry with safe items often is time consuming and can be very pricey. Have you ever bought something FA safe and your child refused to eat it? I've been there! That's why I decided to share with you the contents of our pantry. These are the products and brands we have actually use and eat.
Just a little disclaimer. I am not associated with or compensated in any way by these companies. Though some businesses send me free products to sample and/or review, I always mention it on the link post and it doesn't guarantee a spot here in our Pantry list.
This list is constantly updated to include my latest finds. Since companies can change their formula anytime, I suggest you double check by reading the labels before you put it in your cart. If you have any favorites that I haven't mentioned, please let me know so that our family can try it too. Maybe it can be included in here too.
